Rupanya dia nk bagitau kata aku dipromote jadi senior manager marketing…giler!!!Marketing tu tempat kene maki hamun… Abis je dia cakap aku kata aku tak mau…Marah orang tua tu, terus suruh aku balik school…cantik,lagi bagus…bila aku kata ok n nak blah dia tetiba tanya aku napa tak mau…
Then tetiba dia jadi defensive and marah aku kata aku punya performance teruk lately.Reason 1.aku selalu cuti 2.air con rosak sampai 2 bulan tak repair…Aku tanya balik, kalau performance teruk napa nak promote aku…
1.aku selalu cuti-memang tahun ni aku selalu cuti. mana taknye, father aku ada heart problem, anak aku selalu sakit and bini aku pregnant…aku suruh dia check attendance aku for the past 4 years. aku bukan kaki cuti…bukan habit aku…dia diam…
2.air con rosak 2 bulan tak repair.-kimak betul!!!mana ada pernah air con kelas rosak 2 bulan aku tak repair…paling kuat 2 hari…
I wonder, selama ni aku dievaluate berdasarkan cuti sah yang aku ambil and aircon yang rosak ajer ke???lain tak de ke???Cost saving program yang aku buat tak kira ker???aku turunkan maintenance expenses dr rm500,000 a year jadi rm380,000 last year tak kira ke???further reduction this year tak kira ke???aku kejar hutang digi rm98,000 (dh dapat cek semalam) tak kira ke???and banyak lagi…
Inilah akibat nye kalau ikut cakap tuan penasihat 20% Kassim Patalon…
Aku demoralized…tengoklah lepas ni,aku concerntrate kat aircon jer…

Aku rasa aku dah tua.Aku mudah terasa hati.Selepas aku muhasabah diri aku dapat buat conclusion kepada perkara atas. Aku selalu berpegang kepada kata-kata ni, yang muda hormat yang tua, yang tua sayang yang muda.Aku kecewa apabila oarang tua tak sayang yang muda.Aku bersungguh untuk menjaga hati yang tua tak aku dapati orang tua-tua ni tak pandai bagi contoh yang baik…
Aku berdoa yang aku tak jadi macam tu bila dah tua giler nanti..

Lack of Sensitivity or We Just Don’t Care…
Posted in Blog Updates on October 8, 2009 by letssharehereThese are two pictures that I took during the Ramadan month in T**co X, Selayang. Alcoholic drinks were been put side by side with other non-alcoholic drink ( Milo and mineral water)
Are we lack of sensitivity? Especially in the Ramadan month?I strongly believed that there is an allocated segment for alcoholic drinks.Then why mixed up?Dont tell me this is an instruction from the kwai low sayaing that arrangement is necessary to save space…All the top management for this outlet, I believe, are Malays therefore Muslims..Why?
Or, we just don’t care anymore?As long as the drinks are still in the bottle/can so it is ok…As long as it does not splash on us its ok???
